Friendly staff and great customer service

We had a wonderful stay! The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable and perfectly clean, exactly what we needed. The staff was great, especially when they helped us retrieve my daughter's sneakers after we checked out. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the breakfast could use more variety.

I had a pleasant stay at Hampton Inn. The room was spacious and meticulously clean, making it easy to unwind. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a long night of sleep. The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful. My daughter left her sneakers behind, and they kept them safe until we could pick them up. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. The outdoor pool was a nice surprise. it provided a relaxing escape after a busy day. However, the coffee served was weak, even the dark roast. It would be great if they could improve that. Just a little more variety in breakfast selections would be nice too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the attentive service.

Parking was convenient and free, and several dining options were just a short walk away, making it easy to find meals without hassle.

My Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy and spacious, providing just the right amount of relaxation after a day of exploring! Staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive.

The location made it easy to explore the nearby Science Center and enjoy some shopping. Our rooms were comfortable, and we loved the outdoor pool. Breakfast was decent too, perfect to fuel our day. Make sure to check out the activities in the area, like fishing and hiking!

Unfortunately, one of our friends' rooms felt damp and the floors were sticky. It was a bit disappointing since we expected better from a chain like Hilton.

The outdoor pool was warm every morning, and I took full advantage of it. Plus, when I had a minor issue with the bathroom sink, they sent their engineers right away to fix it.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still worth every penny.

It was a fitting option for a trip in Huntsville with good value for the price. The room was clean, which made our stay pleasant. Make sure to bring your own breakfast items, as the dining area can run low on supplies.
